As Document Controller, you ensure that all material certificates are complete, checked and processed on time in SAP. You are a perfectionist with a love of paperwork and technology and always sharp. If something is not right, you’re on it right away.
You work with technical certificates, check every detail and link these to the correct orders in SAP. Meanwhile, you keep in touch with suppliers, customers and inspection authorities. You request missing documents and make sure they arrive on time. Your work underpins further processing, delivery and customer satisfaction. You oversee the flow of documents and know exactly what is missing, what is pending and what is ready to be sent out.
You switch easily between administration and clear communication. Sometimes you consult with a colleague from sales or purchasing, other times you call a supplier abroad about a missing certificate. You work independently, but always with the common goal in mind: making sure everything is exactly right.
You are
- In possession of an vocational college or bachelor degree in a technical direction;
- At least 3 years' experience in administrative or document control positions;
- Someone with an eye for detail and a feel for technology;
- You do not need to be fluent in Dutch, but understand the basics to understand colleagues and read e-mails;
- Communicatively strong in English, both orally and in writing;
- Already living in the Netherlands;
- Familiar with SAP or learning this quickly;
- Analytical, solution-oriented and customer-oriented.

What you get
- A gross monthly salary between €3,000 and €3,500 based on 40 hours in accordance with the Dutch Collective Labour Agreement for the Metal & Engineering Industry;
- 25 days off, 8.33% holiday pay and a travel allowance of €0.23 per km;
